Prior to WBD, Dan was the Founder of Boldface Technologies, Director of Business Development at Rootlevel, Inc., and Data Finance Analyst at Ford Motor Company.
Jim is a dynamic leader and marketing and communications specialist. With over 20 years experience in go-to-market strategy, business development, and integrated software solutions, he’s an influential business mind and mentor. Jim has a passion for entrepreneurial ventures and startups having held pivotal roles as President & CEO at Seraph Biosciences, President & COO at Rootlevel Inc., and Executive VP roles with Ringside Creative & Cutters Studios. Currently, Jim serves on the Board of Advisors at Seraph, where he has been instrumental in creation of both brand identity and AI platform.

Solana is a lead project manager at WBD, with over 15 years of experience in bilingual software development and translation project management. She has contributed her expertise to companies like Akorbi, where she managed translation projects for the healthcare industry, and SGL Global Consulting Services, serving as a bilingual client services translator. Her skills extend to lead generation, account management, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams, making her a valuable asset in project management and client communications.
Shane is an accomplished MBA and product-focused engineering professional that excels in entrepreneurship, startups, and business management. With a strong technical background and executive-level experience, Shane fuels business decisions and strategies with calculated risk. As the Founder of Sustainable Consulting Group, Shane provides robust, quantifiable, and insightful engineering input across building and life science industries. Phil brings over 25 years of expertise in crafting creative content for renowned national brands, such as OnStar, Harley-Davidson, Cadillac, Jeep, Mercedes-Benz, United States Postal Service, Kaiser Permanente, Travelocity, Mutual of Omaha, and USAA. Phil is currently a co-founder of Forge the Future, a Foundation dedicated to providing youth sports grants for children from income-restricted families.
