A Brief History
Company Founded
We Build Databases (WBD) is created on the belief of excellent customer service. WBD’s sole priority is to help clients understand and solve their data problems through comprehensive data-driven web applications.
eDiscovery Journey Begins
The Basil Law Group came to WBD to solve its litigation data management problem. WBD built a custom caseload management system to centralize all data and created an optimized workflow tool.
Tracking Mass Tort
Tort law firms acquire clients in mass tort cases through an integrated suite of marketing and financing services. ZKC approaches WBD to develop a solution to track marketing and media spend for member law firms.
Data-Driven e Learning
JD Advising approaches WBD to assist with migration, setup, and configuration of their website. After working with WBD, they realized that we could help get more exposure for their data-driven test prep application.

The Basil Law Group
Challenge
The Basil Law Group came to WBD to solve a data management problem. They did not have the ability to efficiently review large volumes of case-based email correspondence without investing a considerable amount of time and effort.
Solution
IWBD built an advanced discovery email threading solution (Basil Mail) to allow the firm to efficiently and effectively review large volumes of cased-based in 25% of the time it took them previously. This solution also allowed the firm to effortlessly run responsive productions for opposing counsel.

Sullivan Law Office
Challenge
The Sullivan Law Office came to WBD because they had a problem managing their current case load workflow. Their case data was stored in many different places and the client communications were lacking.
Solution
In addition to migrating all of their historical data over to a new system, WBD built a custom caseload management system that centralized all of their data and created an optimized workflow tool that managed case intake, prospect nurturing, document and image management, team messaging, and integrated calendar functionality.
Working with WBD has been incredible. The customized case management system they developed is easy to use, has saved me money, and allowed me to focus on driving additional business.
JD Advising
Challenge
JD Advising came to WBD to help assist with migration, setup, and configuration of a their website. After working with WBD, JD realized they could help create more exposure for their existing test prep solutions.
Solution
WBD enhanced and optimized the existing JD platform helping take their technology to the next level. The result was additional revenue across multiple product lines.

ZKC Mass Tort
Challenge
ZKC helps law firms to acquire clients in mass tort cases through an integrated suite of marketing and financing services. ZKC came to WBD to help them get a handle on tracking their marketing and media spend for member law firms across a number of mass tort cases.
Solution
WBD developed a comprehensive analytics dashboard which can be used to generate reports by tort, firm, and current case statuses. The system will highlight any inconsistencies between case data. This allows ZKC to see summary and detailed level for their marketing spend based on firm, tort, and channel.
