Plan: before starting any new technology project, our architects, creative, and development teams properly plan all aspects of your new online business. Collaborating and fully understanding what the purpose of the application is and how it can be used to achieve optimum success. We then construct a plan of action that details what exactly it is that we are going to do and how we intend to deploy it.

Wireframe: the next phase is sitting down with you and putting all the pieces of the puzzle together so that we can start visualizing what the application will look like and how it should function. Once the application “must-have’s” have been determined, we take all of the components and wireframe the application in its roughest form. These are the working “blue prints” of your database application.

Prototype: a working prototype is developed and presented in stages so you can see the web database application come to life. This allows you to see the build progression and our teams further refine the end product.

One central contact: you will be assigned a highly-qualified, technically advanced project manager that will oversee your development project from start to finish. This individual will be your go-to person throughout the life-cycle of your entire project. Whatever you require; your project manager will be available to you during US hours.

Weekly status reports: we keep the lines of communication wide open and weekly status reports are no exception. Our scorecards break down the key points that all customers want to know: what has been completed, what is coming down the pipe, and what to expect in the coming weeks.

Preparing for take-off!

Training: now that your customized database application is complete, you want to dive in and use it! We want you to fully understand your new software and show you how to interact with each section – piece by piece. Before you know it, you will be the expert!

Hosting: hosting is an essential part of any new database and we help you by recommending hosting options best suited for you and your business requirements, the entire setup process, and deployment of the application as well.

Search Engine Optimization / Adwords: we want your new online business to be found by your customers. We enlist our search engine specialists to do keyword research, competitive analysis and strategic campaign building.
