How do I capture a document?

Tap the camera icon on the home screen, point your phone at the BOL or AWB, and tap the capture button. Make sure the document is flat and well lit.

What documents does DATAGUN support?

DATAGUN supports Bills of Lading (BOL), Air Waybills (AWB), and related Feight/Cargo (OTHER) documents.

Why did my document fail validation?

Validation checks image quality, required fields, and signature. Make sure the document is fully visible, in focus, and signed before capturing.

How do I email a document?

After extraction, tap EMAIL DOCUMENT on the results screen. Enter the recipient email and tap send.

Where are my past documents stored?

All saved documents are available in the History tab at the bottom of the screen.

How do I create an account?

On the login screen tap Create Account and follow the steps.
